The initial construction phase of a 32m2 self-contained studio building in a North London garden was completed in the summer of 2016 for the temporary accomodation of a young family. 

A second phase to be completed 2017 will see the addition of a timber pergola with climbing plants, a bespoke tiled fascia, green roof and the extension of the external paving.
